Refunds & Exchanges
I run a handmade and made-to-order shop. The blanks for your items are ordered almost immediately (I do this to try to cut down my turn around time and get your items to you as quickly as possible.) Due to the custom ordering, I cannot accept cancellations more than 24 hours of your submitted payment has been received. Thank you for your understanding and support.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be damaged or you received the wrong item - normal wear and tear can not be replaced.
As each item is handmade, each item may differ slightly in placement.
Please also understand as I am a one woman shop, turn around can vary from 10 days to about 3 weeks. This turn around can change dependent on demand of the item and possible shipping delays - but know I am always striving to get your items to your door as quickly as I can!
If your item is damaged please message me in the contact me section of the website with photos of the damage. I will review your message and send you an email to notify you. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (time frames will vary from banks and credit card providers.)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank or credit card provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
